Room Description & Rates

Take advantage of our accomodations. Each of our 36 rooms are simple- yet clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Every room includes pull-up parking, a microwave, refrigerator, flat panel tv, work desk & chair, private bath & shower for all of your business, extended stay, drive-thru or visiting needs. We also offer fresh hot coffee & tea each morning, pet-friendly service, nonsmoking rooms, smart tvs, free Wi-Fi & cable, hair dryers, iron & ironing boards. Outdoors: we have a grassy lawn with several picnic tables and a grill designed for you to just relax and enjoy northeastern Colorado's golden plains and evening sunsets. We also provide a bird cleaning station for our hunters.
Most of our rooms have 2 queen beds and start at $71 per night which includes all of your taxes. If you would like a room with more space and newer features, ask for a room on the "South Side" where the rate starts at $77 per night which also includes your tax. Your rate will increase if the guest count increases.If you prefer a room on the South Side, you would also have the option to ask for a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa instead of a second queen which provides more comfort for a single guest. We call this our single room and it's rate also starts at $77.So here are the rate details with all of your taxes (sales @ 5.4% & lodging tax @2.5%) included in the price:-1 guest: $71 (NW Original Rooms) or $77 (South Side Rooms)-2 guests: $77 (NW Original Rooms) or $83 (South Side Rooms)-3 guests: $83 (NW Original Rooms) or $89 (South Side Rooms)Additional Charges:-1 pet charge: $10 per night-2 pet charge: $15 per night-3 pet charge: $20 per night
Please note that it is very important to us that we maintain our non-smoking rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if not honored.
Check Out is at 11:00 AM and Check-In is at 1:00 PM (February to August) and 3:00 PM (September to January). If you are in town earlier and your room is ready, we will be happy to get you in with no extra charges. We do however charge an extra $10 per hour for late check-outs, up until 2pm. Our policy is to charge an additional nights stay for a check-out past this time.
